How MicroNet Global handles the information you send through this website.
What we collect
If you complete the enquiry form on this site, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, company or venue name, and — where you provide them — your role, phone number, the number of venues you operate, your primary region, the service you are interested in, and the message you write.
Why we collect it
We use those details to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a discovery call. We do not sell them, and we do not pass them to third parties for their own marketing.
Newsletter and the Microsoft 365 audit
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and — if you choose to give it — your company or venue name. We use them to send the newsletter and to arrange the free Microsoft 365 audit offered alongside it. Subscribing is consent to be emailed about both; you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, or by writing to [email protected], and we will remove you.
The audit is carried out only with your agreement and only against systems you give us access to. Nothing is run against your Microsoft 365 tenant before you have confirmed what we may look at. If you subscribe but would rather not take the audit, simply say so — it is not a condition of receiving the newsletter.

Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.
