The challenge
What the venue needed
Soho House's first entry into Southeast Asia: a three-storey property combining members' club, coworking, bars, dining and a rooftop pool, all needing to work as one estate. Delivery ran across UK and Thai teams and time zones, against regional and global technology standards.
Our approach
What MicroNet delivered

Deployed a structured LAN with VLANs separating operational and guest services, on Aruba core and edge switches configured to Soho House global templates.

Planned IP schema and bandwidth in coordination with the third-party systems sharing the network.

Used predictive and physical heatmapping for complete wireless coverage across public areas, guest zones and outdoor spaces, managed via Aruba Central.

Configured Lenovo desktops, HP laptops, MacBooks and iPads, with user accounts, email, shared drives, print services and security policies.

Provisioned Microsoft 365 including hosted SharePoint structures and AD group policies.
- 06
Configured firewalls and SD-WAN appliances remotely alongside Soho House and third-party teams.

Liaised with the EPOS, door access, lighting, BMS and CCTV contractors, and tested every network-connected service before go-live.
