The challenge
What the venue needed
The brand's first location in Denmark, inside the historic Customs Chamber building. Front-of-house experience and back-office operations both needed modern infrastructure, tied into Soho House's wider global systems — and the deployment spanned two sites rather than one.

Designed and configured Aruba core and edge switches with VLAN segmentation across both venue floors and the external staff office.
- 02
Deployed secure SD-WAN connectivity and firewall configuration, with IP schema, switch stacking and fibre links across the dual-site structure.
- 03
Ran predictive heatmapping ahead of access point deployment, added the APs to the existing Aruba Central controller, and validated coverage by survey across guest areas, staff spaces and the outdoor terrace.

Prepared and imaged user devices, and configured hosted SharePoint structures, AD policies and Microsoft 365 mailboxes.

Coordinated on-site vendors for EPOS, CCTV, door access and lighting control, with comms racks, PDU, UPS and patch panels installed to a structured schedule.

Implemented dual high-bandwidth circuits for primary and failover redundancy.

Kept an engineer on site through the soft and public opening, then handed over diagrams and asset inventory.
