The challenge
What the venue needed
A flagship multi-level site above Mollie's Motel and Diner, spanning hospitality floors, guest rooms, a rooftop and wellness facilities. The network had to cross four operational floors and two comms rooms, absorb third-party infrastructure, ISP and access control partners, and match Soho House's global IT framework against a fixed opening date — while supporting a mixed Windows and Apple estate.
Our approach
What MicroNet delivered
- 01
Configured Aruba switches into a scalable backbone across every key floor, with VLAN segmentation, IP schema planning and switch stack configuration managed through SolarWinds.

Supported setup and integration of dual 1Gbps fibre lines.
- 03
Oversaw deployment of 43 Aruba access points across guest rooms, common areas, rooftop and wellness zones, integrated into Soho House's Aruba Central cloud controller.
- 04
Built the Active Directory structure, group policies and SharePoint hierarchies to Soho House templates, separating front- and back-of-house access.
- 05
Created patching schedules and oversaw CCTV, BMS, door access and IoT integration, with Silver Peak SD-WAN appliances configured and a Netskope SSE transition supported.

Delivered on-site go-live support, then handed over network diagrams, patching maps and asset registers.
- 07
Provided interim service desk cover through the transition to long-term operations.
