The challenge
What the venue needed
A new hospitality concept spanning a 28th floor and mezzanine, where every core and third-party system had to meet premium expectations and clear PCI, GDPR and Tier 1 security requirements — with MicroNet accountable for the whole digital scope from early planning through to post-launch readiness.
