The challenge
What the venue needed
A complete IT and network build had to land inside a tight pre-opening window, across a site where point of sale, CCTV, telephony and security were each being installed by a different provider. Connectivity needed a genuine failover path, and every configuration had to match the Conway Group's existing standards for file structure and security.

What MicroNet delivered
- 01
Designed and implemented the site LAN on HPE Aruba CX managed switches, with VLAN segmentation separating each connected system.
- 02
Configured SD-WAN over Wavenet fibre with primary and failover circuits.
- 03
Deployed twelve Ruckus Wi-Fi 6 access points — eleven internal, one external — using predictive heatmapping and a physical post-installation survey.
- 04
Supplied and pre-imaged the full hardware suite: laptops, desktop, iPads, tablets and POS printers, with hosted antivirus applied across the estate.
- 05
Built Active Directory, folder structures and the SharePoint environment against Conway Group templates.
- 06
Coordinated Calteq, UKOS and Wavenet into a single patching schedule, with colour-coded cabling for VoIP, PDQ, BMS and CCTV, and APC Smart UPS units protecting critical loads.

Provided on-site technical support through both the soft opening and go-live.
